132.5 lbs. Yesterday I was kept pretty busy at work and so I didn't really have time to contemplate any hunger. As far as the cheating goes, I had only ONE extra melba toast. So, I stuck to the 500 calories very closely.
The new measurements are:
Bust: 39" no change ~ A total of 2" lost
Waist 30" another inch lost ~ A total of 5" lost
Hips 37" another 1.5 inches lost ~ A total of 4" lost
Belly 37" another 1.5iunches lost ~ A total of 4" lost
Inner Thigh 20" another inch lost ~ A total of 3" lost
Bicep 11" no change ~ A total of 1" lost

ReplyDeleteThanks! I got through it all and now I'm finding my way through the hills and valleys of phase 3. Even though you have to give yourself injections, (some of us are more experienced and less queazy than others), it really was worth it.
