Day 53 ~ It's a steak day

134 lbs. That was my worry yesterday. I feared I'd consumed too much food. And, it shows up today. So, I plan to have 2 eggs for breakfast, a huge steak for lunch, another huge steak for dinner and a good sized chunk of cheese today per the protocol. Hopefully, tomorrow I report a two lb. loss. This isn't a setback, it's a learning experience and I'm sure everyone has had to experience it.

  1. I'm just catching up on your progress...been wondering how it's all been going! Sounds challenging, but worth it! I can't see the before and after pictures below, for some reason, but it sounds like you're doing great! Keep it up! Or should I say down? :-)

  2. It is going great! This has been the best diet to ever fall into my lap. Not only does the weight come off quickly, which keeps you motivated, but you're not starving like most people would think. I'm amazed at how much I've been able to eat on this phase 3 stage.
