131.5 lbs! OK, here's the list of what I ate yesterday and still managed to lose one lb.:
At least 1 cup of honeydew melon
At least 10 dried apricots
One tilapia filet
At least 1 cup of fresh asparagus
One string cheese
2 plums
1 orange
1 nectarine
8-10 shrimp
1 whole bag of frozen broccoli
1 more string cheese
2 Tbs. salsa, a little onion and a little jalapeno
Wow!!!! Can that be repeated? This is day 8 of the 3 week phase 3. I wonder if my metabolism is resetting?
